We just finished a very large field job, 375,000 Gallons, 40 foot diameter, and 40 feet tall. 
There is well over a mile of welds, all done by hand, and 46,000 pounds of Stainless Steel.
This tank was built by a crew of four, in just under four weeks.

We are currently wrapping up a large job for Sugarloaf Custom Crush. Fifty Six Tanks total, Five 1,000 Gallon, Two 560 Gallon, Three 560 Gallon, Eight 3,400 Gallon, Eighteen 2,600 Gallon, Ten 1,550 Gallon and last but not least Ten 1,500 Gallons. Sugarloaf Custom Crush is a state of the art custom crush facility, located in the beautiful Sonoma Valley, they have a wide variety of tanks for your storage needs. Exciting (almost emergency landing?) sights this morning here at Santa Rosa Stainless Steel. Not often that a hot air balloon gets that close, so we had to pause and take a couple shots.
The lighting was right, the tanks gleaming and the clouds in the sky were perfect Happy Wednesday!
Our yard is currently packed with beautiful tanks ready to go to their new homes.

We just finished a 670 gallon square fermenting tank for Dehlinger Winery. You don’t see these much. The tank is all set up for a mixer and has a 10″ long sump for draining purposes, with four 4″ square legs braced to be moved by forklift.

We recently just finished up a big job for Bear republic. Six Cone bottom Uni Fermenters and One 10,000 gallon Brite Beer tank. These tanks are beautiful inside and out. Insulated and wrapped in 14 gauge polished Stainless Steel.
These big boys are breathtaking.
If that doesn’t impress you the 55 degree cone bottom, also insulated and wrapped in 14 gauge polished Stainless Steel will 
These tanks will be used for Fermenting beer.
The Brite Beer tank will be used for conditioning and the bottling process. These tanks do not have the coned bottom but are just as impressive.

We recently completed this project for Hamel Family. They are building a new state of the art winery in Sonoma and wanted Conical tanks that would function as well as look amazing in the new space
This picture shows a 60,000 gallon tank being laid down in Lodi, CA. We have built more than 500 tanks from 400,000 – 7,500 gallons onsite for this customer.
There seems to be a bit of interest in Conical tanks again.
